Built-to-suit, stand-alone building for a local dental practice in Monument, CO. The building includes 5 exam and treatment rooms as well as space for X-rays, Botox treatments, guest waiting and staff accommodations. The guest waiting room as well as all treatment rooms are placed to provide views of the mountains in the distance. The exterior materials of stone, stucco ans wood siding are combined for a contemporary aesthetic to compliment adjacent projects. The project includes site design for vehicle movement and parking to meet jurisdictional requirements.
