Design–Build Partners for Over 50 Years

Sun Mountain Design Group evolved from the architectural division of Art C. Klein Construction. For over 50 years, the division has designed residential, commercial, and civil projects of new construction and historic preservation primarily in Colorado Springs and throughout the state of Colorado. Sun Mountain Design Group operates independently and in a design–build capacity with its construction management counterpart, Art C. Klein Construction.

What is Design–Build?

Design–build is a collaboration with the architect, contractor and owner from the beginning of the project through project completion that allows for a more streamlined and cost-effective building process.
