The innovative office building constructed at Communication Circle, in Colorado Springs, was born from the owner’s vision to repurpose two previously unused modular buildings. Combining a set of 3,425 square feet with another set of 2,467 square feet. SMDG seamlessly integrated these structures with a newly constructed connecting structure of 1,647sf housing the lobby and public restrooms. All three components underwent an exterior revitalization, including new stucco and brick treatments. This not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the complex but also seamlessly integrates it into the masterplan of the business park.
