On a site near his automobile businesses with access to an established city street, the client sought to install a pre-engineered ‘metal building’ spanning 8,900 square feet in size. The existing structure underwent a thorough assessment for suitability and was skillfully modified to adhere to current building codes and then strategically positioned on the site.
