The Fabec barn was originally a storage pole barn that existed on the La Puerta site when redevelopment began. Encompassing 3,600 square feet, it serves as a crucial asset for fulfilling maintenance and storage requirements for the entire development. To enhance its functionality and aesthetic appeal, the exterior has undergone a transformation with new finishes. Additionally, an extension has been seamlessly integrated to house staff offices, break spaces, a restroom, and temperature-controlled storage facilities. To streamline operations, the trash collection system for La Puerta will be centrally managed in a dedicated yard adjacent to the barn.
