The Keller Williams Real Estate Office is an interior finish, built-to-suit, in the prominent corner suite of the Champions Center in Trinidad, CO. The historic brick wall interior was restored and became the beginning point for the aesthetic of the space. Classic ceiling tiles, wall covering, and stained wooden trim capture the historic nature of the newly renovated building. Contemporary touches, such as glass office partitions and video monitors, bring the office into the 21st century to fulfill the goal of marketing local properties.
