The La Puerta commercial development in Trinidad, Colorado, boasts a strategic connection to Linden Street, situated approximately 1,000 feet to the north. This 100-foot-wide thoroughfare serves as crucial access for the fire department and utility lines. Envisioned as an ideal locale for approximately 20 new housing units, the 3.2-acre site promises spacious living. Each unit is designed to feature 3 to 4 bedrooms, private outdoor spaces, and 2-car garages, all while offering picturesque views of Fisher’s Peak and the town. The exterior design will pay homage to the historical Spanish aesthetic prevalent in the region. This project is part of the La Puerta de Colorado Master Plan by Sun Mountain Design Group.
