Originally built in 1876, these series of buildings retain the historic character of their individual components, including the brick walls, decorative courses of brick, and window and door openings. The building is now known as the Marketplace. The upper level is occupied by Goal Academy High School, a public charter school for students in grades 9-12, helping students achieve their full potential in a caring, supportive and personalized environment. The main level is over 11,000 square feet designed to house a collection of food artisans and retailers offering visitors everything from street tacos to frozen yogurt and live music. It is an excellent setting for small restaurants or start-ups desiring limited square footage. It offers an environment for consumers to enjoy several different dining choices under one roof.
