Built in 1866, this group of buildings is one of the more iconic within downtown Trinidad. Not only is it architecturally significant, but it is one of the largest buildings in the city. Partial demolition and structural reinforcement are currently scheduled to facilitate the rejuvenation of this building. Early design concepts include mixed use and a boutique hotel. Close coordination with the Owner is slowly moving this renovation project to reality.
