Verde Commons is a housing project comprising 13 duplex living units situated on a 2.03-acre site. Each unit comprises 1,421 square feet, features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a single-car garage. Additionally, basements offer the potential for two optional bedrooms and one bathroom, providing versatility and expanded living space. All units benefit from walk-out basement levels, maximizing accessibility and natural light. Sun Mountain Design contributed to the project’s visual appeal by offering multiple exterior options, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and architectural diversity.
